soap . . .

I went to the L.A. Cultures craft fair this Saturday, and came across many interesting things.  There were thing ranging from jewelry to hats and mittens to plushy dolls to baked goods to soap to whatever else I forgot! Of all these things, I am here to talk about the soap. right. soap. . .you may wonder why of all things, I choose to blog about the block of scented cleaning stuff, but I actually had a lot more fun smelling it than I did trying on mittens!   The company that made the soap is called Magic Senses, and they also make body butter, and stuff like that.  It was actually really interest because of the way it looked. . . it wasn't like, an elaborately carved wonder, or something, but most of them were individually handcrafted, and they have an extensive array of different scents, ranging from spearmint to milk&honey to cinnamon orange, and a lot more.  Actually, we bought some Christmas presents there. In short, they're pretty, they smell good, and they're useful. With how I was carrying on, you'd have though that I was talking about candles. . . You can contact the soap people at http://www.magicsenses.com/
I met the creators. They are nice and they make cool soap, or at least make it as cool as it can be. . . !

Special Christmas Post :)

It's the most wonderful time of the year again!
I'm ultra exited about this year 2! hehehehehehehehehehehehe! too bad this blog doesn't have any followers at present. . . . everyone I know would love my special Christmas clip.  Last night a friend of mine showed me an awesome youtube video of a "hallelujah flash mob" at the eating court in a mall.  A flash mob is when a bunch of people get together on short notice, like through text or e-mail.    then, out of nowhere, they all do a choreographed dance to some sort of music, or bust out some sort of awesomtastic choir song, (like in the video I'm about to show you), or something like that.  When it's over they just walk of like it's no big deal.Winter is in the air and I keep wishing that it'd snow . . . that, or that I had a warm mug of hot coca.
I guess the one thing left to say is MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NANOWRIMO CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WON!
I WON! I WON! I WON!
It's been awhile scince I last blogged.  In that time, I have become an official winner of National novel writing month, aka NaNoWriMo.  for all those others out there who do not believe me, I declaire your statment null and void!!!yay!for those of you who do beleive me, this is probably the most efficient thing I've ever done in my life.  I mean, I wrote a 1621 word novel in ONE MONTH. Here's the scoop on the whole "NaNoWriMo" thing.  Every november, hundreds of kids like me hook up to the young writers program and make accounts to hold all the info for their book.  They can then set a word goal, make cover art, post forums, check out the daily dare,( daily dare; we dare you to have a antagonist who's afraid of kittens) or simply look up the advice of supportive authors.  If you pass your word goal by the end of November and submit it, they'll give you untill may 1rst to edit your book, and then send you a free, profesionally bound copy of your novel.  I know you've heard this enuogh, but
                                                                   I WON!
I won I won-I-wonIwonIwonIwonIwon!!!Okay, soory, but I'm estatic about it. I bet you guys are all wondering what my novel was about, so I'll tell u...
                                                                                                     ...Alice of 1000 worlds
thats the title. Basically a modern day twist on "Alice in Wonderland" exept my mind kept flooding with ideas so now it's nothing like the original story.  My main protagonist is a teenage girl named Alicia, and I have multiple side characters.  Wonderland is no longer a childs play world, but a dream land reffered to as drean which only special children can enter...     it's full of dangerous creatures, twisted enchantments, and 1000 scarred and damaged zones that are being affected negatively by the unpleasant conditions of the real world.  The worst part...................
.........rebelions are on the move, and coming HERE
lead by the mysterois "Name raiszer" the dark forces are on the move, and coming to demolish our wourld in hopes of restoring thier own, but without an alternate universe to keep thing in balance, there won't be anything.  They'll both be absorbed by the 1001th zone.   the nothing zone.
Alicia and a few others with the same hidden talent to enter wonderland will have to take on our bad guys & keep em' from getting here. It's time to get down to edit that novel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thousands of fun & intruguing story starters!

Many of us know we have a story in us, but just don't have the dilegence or/ and the skill to put it down on paper.  Some times I just can't come up with a good idea, so here's some thing to help us get rid of that problem altogether! I've made multiple lists of titles, opening scentences, and character names, all for the taking! Make some use of it please! : P (sideways smily face)
                                                                 Titles
Shards of a Shattered World
Mirrors
If Only
Black
1000 Worlds
Seven Realms
Last Letters
A lot of these were originally ideas for my own stories, like Mirrors was at first only a drawing of a girl's reflection as she touched the mirror.  I painted it as if the picture was rippling like water does, sort of hinting at something magical.  Seven realms was to start out with, an idea for a Legend of Zelda game, of course that was when I was completely crazy over it.  Last Letters sounds like a mystery story.
                                                                  Opening Scentences
Sara wasn't supposed to be here, where it was so cold and uninviting, according to the government, she wasn't supposed to even exist.
It was wrong, I knew it, but no one would see, I doubted anyone would notice. . . it was still wrong.
Harris picked up the pen, and hurriedly scribbled 1637 Jade drv.
Had the sun no shame, showing itself  on a day like this!?!
One wish was never enough for her, one of ANYTHING was never enough!!!
She was not really ever one to stand out, she was more of a nobody than anything else. . . untill that day.

I just made those up off the top of my head.   A lot of those sounded sort of actionish .(action+ish)You can do anything with a good idea, maybe the 3rd one was a mystery.  Maybe the 1st one was a fantasy.  use your head!!!
                                                               Character names, female
Addie                                       Mindy
Allison                                      Molissy

Gaming straiges and moves for Super Smash Bros Brawl

I know the title sounds voilent, but really, its just blowing up machines.  Your simply destroying bad guy robots.  With that all cleared up, I'd like to guide you through a few of my favorite charachtor's moves.
                                                               Zelda/Sheik
This is really one of the more versitile players, just press the( down+B) buttons to swap from the dainty,quick-witted princess to her mysterious alter ego.  While playing princess Zelda, if you wish to strike your foe from a distance, press( side+B)  and you can use an odd magical ball thingy & controll it with the controll pad.  Let go of( B) to make it explode in your enimies' faces.  That one is a bit tricky, but tottaly good for bosses.  If you press (A+any direction) with any charactor, at the exact same time, you can unleash a smash.  If your playing Sheik, ( who is a bit difficult to controll due to her supirior agility)(A) side smash, or( A+ hit rapidy) are often most efective when facing lighter enimies.  I find that if you're "completely" traped, or can't escape a fatal blow, jump then use ( up+B) to teleport, Zelda is a magical princess after all.  Best of all, if your busy transporting, you're nowhere in sight & no one can hit what's not there! Careful where you warp, though, once a charactor preforms an ( up+B) move, you can't jump again untill you hit the ground.
                                                                          Link
Link is NOT fast, sure, he's not as slow as bowser, or charzard, but being a hylian knight and all, that armor sure weighs him down.   When he runs he's not half bad.  My favorite Link combo is (A+up) it's a real hard hitter, and often manages to send you opponents flying! Also, (Z+any side+down) allows him to perform a terrific grab & smash combo.   If you're looking for a strong attack that can be done in the sky, (up+B) is the right way to go.  Link is over all, sufficiently well rounded, and can do a veriaty of tricks, grabs, and attacks.  If you press (side+B) you can use a gale boomerang, and just to do him some justice, I'd probibly be slow too if I had to haul around a giant sheild.
                                                                 Princess Peach
The pretty, sweet, beatiful, dainty, & Amazingly powerful princess of the Mushroom Kingdom.  She runs well, hits hard, and don't you just love her taunts! (Side+B) is a fun attack to use because it ussualy stuns opponents.  If you like to go long range, (down+B) allows you pluck a raddish (ala Super Mario Bros) and (side+Z ) let's you throw it! Once air born, Peach is unstopable! Jump twice & hold the second (up) to hover, and if you need an extra boost use(up+B) and she'll whip out that parosel of hers so you can float to safty.  Also, if baddies get on the wrong side of her parosel, they'll bedammaged.  Great for falling bad guys, and also a classic, is the (side+A) hit them with a frying pan, golf club, or other random object!(ha-ha-ha!) Another move you'd never expect(or get) from your average princess is the high kick, I mean, REALLY high, like above-her-head high.  Dainty, Pretty, and hiney kicking princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, wonderful.

Dramarama!!!!

The peeps at my drama class are super funny!!!!!So at my Drama class we played this game where you had to pull a thing out of this bag without looking.  Let's skip the bla bla bla's and get to the point!  Here is what we came up with.
(item; rock) "This is a rock.  Yeah, but it really a magical rock that was at the bottom of a lake.  This rock could grant a wish, so this guy named Bob found it, and wished for an airline ticket,so      uh   yeah"
(item; flashlight) "This flashlight helped a miner guy see in the dark.  Then one day the flashlight turned green.  Then the miner guy ate it, and it tasted like spinach."
(item; frigerator man magnet clippy thing?) "As you can see, this yellow frigerator guy is    umm.  So anyway, this yellow guy had the bad habbit of clipping people, and them and they would be lost forever " (okaaayyy)
(item; mini sambraro) "This sambraro once belonged to a flying monky-ostrige-pig-dog-lemaur, so one day a gust of wind blew by & it blew off."
(MY TURN!!!, {item; flashlight}) "This may look like an ordinary flashlight to you, but it is actually a weapon for an alien race sceintifically known as B.O.Y.Z.  They attacked earth, then a explosion happened & everyone forgot.  Now they live amoung us, but no one knows when they will strike again " (MWA-HA-HA!!!, By the way, I AM female"

Zeldarama!!!

I am a Zeldaholic! The Legend of Zelda is a video game about basicly a kid who saves the princess.  There are many different versions of the game, so our hero goes mainly by the name of Link.  I've only played one version, The Wind Waker, But instead I'll tell mostly about the most popular one, The Ocinara of Time.  (I read about it in Himikawa No disrespect, but I forgot the first name's manga about it)
Link lived in Kokori forest, and was raised by the great deku tree untill he was around ten, or eleven.  Then the monster known as Ghoma(The armored arachnid queen) attacked the forest.  Link and his Kokori friends defeat Ghoma, and the great deku tree tells them that Ghoma's master is the ruler of the people of the Black Desert.  Link is given the Kokri's Emerald, and is asked to deliver it to princess Zelda.  Link travels to Hyrule castle with his new freind Navi,(Navi is a fairy from the forest) where they meet Zelda.  Here they meet our main antagonist, Ganondorf.  After giving the princess the emerald, Zelda & Link make a deal, Link must find the Goron's Ruby, and the Zora's Saphire, then bring them to her.  Link acheives his goal quickly, but when he returns Ganondorf has already begun his attack.  In a desprate attempt, Zelda leaves Link the Ocinara.( an Ocinara is an  oval shaped wind-wood instrament, not a real instrument!!!)Link goes to the temple of time, and uses the Ocinara and the three stones to open the locked door.  There he discoveres the Master Sword, a legendary weapon tha evil creatures cannot even touch.  After pulling the sword from the pedistool, Link falls into a Magical sleep for seven years and wakes up as a grown adult.  Then Link awakens the seven gaurdians of Hyrule, but along the way encounters a shady character known as Shiek.  Shiek is really Zelda in disguise, and eventually Link, Navi, Zelda, and Sheik band together and defeat Ganondorf.
That's about it.  Of course the story is much funer played than read!!!Oh, yeah, and for those of you currently playing Wind Waker, if you gather ten Knights Crests, you can go to this guy on Outset and show them to him.  He will teach you the spin attack and that is really usefull when fighting shadow Ganon, and he does that multiply thing.
